Description

Vintage pine wood and ply small meat safe type kitchen cabinet with pierced galvanised mesh panels in the door and sides. Probably made in the 1950s. Very simple design; no mouldings or plinths. Single (removable) shelf inside. Plastic knob on the door, vintage but probably a replacement. Brass escutcheon round the keyhole. There's no lock any more: it has a magnet catch now. Condition is pretty good structurally: it's solid and sound. Cosmetically it has various dings, scuffs and marks though nothing too horrid: the most obvious is a water mark on the top from a vase or something (see pics). Slightly battered mesh on the door. The inside is a bit stained. Dimensions: 59cm wide x 33cm x 53cm high
